JL Clark welcomed Greta Sanders as our Human Resources Coordinator. Greta began on May 31^st, and will be based in Rockford.

Greta earned her bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit and NGO Studies from Northern Illinois University in 2019. She most recently worked with Rockford Area Habitat for Humanity where she was responsible for recruitment, retention, and scheduling of over 300+ volunteers and community partners.  She also worked as the College and Career Readiness Project Manager for

Alignment Rockford where she partnered with the Rockford Public School District to design and implement solutions to showcase career options and bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce for high school students, including an annual event to showcase career opportunities available in the community.    Welcome, Greta!
