J.L. Clark is pleased to welcome Scott Coney as Vice President of Manufacturing. In this role, Coney will be part of the company’s executive team. Based out of Rockford, Coney will lead the Manufacturing departments for both the Rockford, IL and Lancaster, PA operations.

Coney holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue as well as an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Prior to joining J.L. Clark, Coney was President & CEO of Transfer Tool Products in Grand Haven, Michigan, a designer and stamper of metal parts, primarily for air bag assemblies. Coney also has extensive experience in functional coatings and flexible packaging, including lithography, rotogravure, and flexographic printing onto paper, film, and aluminum foil.
