Josh Schupbach joined the JL Clark team as our new Fabrication Manager at our Rockford plant on June 6.

Josh comes to us with a diverse background in manufacturing, most recently working in Operations Management at Berner Foods.  He has also worked in Leadership roles at Fiat Chrysler, and Custom-Pack Design & Blow Molding.  Josh will oversee the Fabrication and Shear departments, working closely with Lithography, Tooling and Maintenance. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations,  production and efficient utilization of staff and resources. He will be helping to identify constraints, best practices and ensure consistency across multiple lines in the Fab Department to improve work center production targets.   Additionally, he will monitor and facilitate any department challenges as well as help to develop and promote the fabrication and shear associates.
