J.L. Clark is pleased to welcome Lori Hansmeier as Director of Human Resources. In this role, Hansmeier will be part of the company’s executive team. Based out of Rockford, she will lead the Human Resource departments for both Rockford and Lancaster.

Hansmeier earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Carthage College and has worked in manufacturing in the Rockford, Janesville, and Beloit areas for the past 25 years. She has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources within various manufacturing environments. Prior to joining J.L. Clark, Hansmeier has worked at Camcar, Anderson Packaging, Precision Castparts Corporation, ABC Supply, Toledo Molding & Die, and most recently, MTE Hydraulics.
